As A private chef on 30a I depend on fresh quality seafood and Buddy’s is the most reliable resource with largest selection and top notch service. I can’t say enough good things about them, best in town! Don’t sleep on their steamed shrimp and seafood,steamed to order for take out!
I highly recommend ordering seafood from Buddy’s Seafood Market for an easy and quick meal! The employees clearly enjoy what they do and the seafood comes in fresh daily. Call ahead for pickup and place your order by 5 PM (even if you want a later pickup time). Note: it shares a parking lot with a very large and popular restaurant so pay attention to where you park (Buddy’s offers a few parking spots directly in front of their business).

Great selection of fresh seafood. Buy raw and take home to cook, or let them fresh steam it for you while you wait. My family loves to get a few pounds of shrimp and snow crab legs and boil it up with spices at home for a real feast. The staff here really know their stuff, and are happy to help if you have questions
Highly recommend; wish we had found Buddy’s earlier in our trip! Delicious, easy to order, and pick up. I will be dreaming of the crab dip for weeks! We enjoyed it with Ritz crackers. Yum! The steamed spicy shrimp was tasty but not too spicy. We also tried mild and lemon garlic, but the spicy was our groups’ top choice. Steamed scallops with mild seasoning were divine. All the scallops were plump and cooked perfectly; some had seasoning and some didn’t have much, which was perfect for our group. From the raw bar, we got a few crab cakes. Recommend pan frying them. They were full of lump crab and green peppers - which was an unexpected surprise but tasted great!
5 star! We were in the area for one week; Buddy's had the best fresh shrimp and sea scallops we have ever had! ....and we will be back!! Great location, clean, fair price!
We stopped by to pick up some essentials and found Buddys friendly, helpful and well stocked. They have good selections of beer, wine and seafood they had was fresh and looked delicious. They will steam your order of shrimp or crab and do have frozen crab legs. The very friendly clerk recommended ordering in advance as they get really busy in the afternoons.
